CarniZone - Meat Feast Calzone

Ground spicy beef, seasoned chicken, pepperoni, creamy fior di latte and a drizzle of honey. Sweet, mildly spicy and irresistibly meat-heavy.

INGREDIENTS:
Calzone Dough (Flour (wheat), Water, Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast), Mozzarella Fior Di Latte Taglio Napoli (pasteurized Cow's milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet, Lactic Cultures), Ground Beef, Chicken Breast, Tomato Base (Tomato Paste, Water, Base Mix (Golden Cane Sugar, Paprika, Granulated Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper), Tomato), Pepperoni (Pork Meat, Pork Fat, Salt, Dextrose, Paprika, Beetroot, Acerola, Garlic, Rosemary, Oregano, Paprika Extract, Pepper, Onion, Coriander), Honey, Oregano, Chilli Powder.

Allergens are shown in Bold

May also contain traces of nuts, peanuts, egg, soya, celery, sulphites, mustard.

Storage Instructions:

If chilled, keep me below 5°C. If frozen, keep below -18°C.  If you decide to freeze me, please do so immediately, use by frozen use by date, fully defrost in a fridge before cooking and eat within 24 hours of defrosting.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 210°C/ 190°C Fan and remove calzones from tray.

2. Keep baking paper but separate calzones and place on a baking tray.

3. Cook in the center of the oven for 16 - 19 minutes (piping hot throughout).
